Are you kidding? I am the queen of late night eating after an adult beverage. And chocolate or pizza is where I usually go wrong. I think the alcohol triggers something in my brain where I actually think its okay to do this. Whether I’ve rationalized that I’ll just run an extra mile or just eat virtually nothing the next day. I think its the perfect time to indulge
Totally. Alcohol can be just like sugar for me sometimes - depending on what I ate during the day before I had a drink. A couple of drinks can also make me feel less “inhibited” about my food choices - i.e., I’m much more likely to order something fried, cheesy or sweet, which I wouldn’t do if I was not drinking!
