Who can eat just one chip? One chocolate? Not me. Many of us have “trigger foods”. These are foods we have trouble controlling our intake of. My trigger food happens to be chocolate. If you read this blog regularly, you’ll notice many of my posts have to do with my lack of control with chocolate…. (pic of man having trouble controlling his intake of donuts….hmm …reminds me of some of the comments regarding a contestant of New Hampshires Biggest Loser Competition who happened to love donuts).
